of several cruises on Gratiot Avenue during the year, the
Roseville cruise has a unique history. It was chosen as the second to
last stop on the
Hot Rod Magazine Power Tour in 1995! The reason? There was a lot of
reader interest in Gratiot Avenue and, in particular, Detroit's car
culture. More than 10,000 residents attended the Power Tour Festival that year! Visitors from all over the United States gathered for the peaceful, fun filled event. Since that time classic car shows, parades and cruises have flourished on Detroit's east side. Find out more on their Facebook page. |
